Here is how the process for Consulting works:

  2. The first step of the consultation is to review the initial inspection report
  3. After a full review of the inspection by our consultant, we will communicate with you by phone or email to discuss the next steps and options.
  4. (Optional Phase 1) Design Concept for your fireplace, or fireplace room.
    1. We create a floor plan incorporating your current furniture and the new pieces that you’ll need. Additionally we would recommend a couple of fireplace options

  5. Budget:
    1.  We present a budget for your approval, based on your floor plans, and fireplace specs
  6. Selections:
    1.  We present furniture, fabric, window treatment, fireplace options, and accessory options for your approval.
  7.  Rework & Pricing:
    1. We present a second round of selections for anything that you did not approve in round one. At this time we will also provide pricing for all items that you’ve approved
  8. Payment & Order:
    1. You provide a furnishings and or fireplace deposit, and we place your furnishings and fireplace order. 
  9. Delivery & Installation:
    1.  The final phases of installation and delivery are based on a number of factors and needs:
      1. Framing, Cabinets, Masonry, Tile, Trim, Painting, Electrical, Gas-Wood-Pellet-Propane Heating Appliances,
    2. Your coordinator can oversees the different general contractors, or you could choose a DIY option.
